Business assets
Commonly referred to as Material Damage cover, this provides physical property protection for all assets such as buildings, plant, equipment, contents, office and retail fitouts, tools of trade and stock, etc. Protection is for losses caused through accidental physical loss or damage including fire, flood, burglary, theft or natural disaster.
Machinery Breakdown
Cover is provided for breakdown of all forms of specified machinery, from small electric motors to refrigeration plant to boilers and pressure vessels.
Loss of Profits
This is also known as Business Interruption insurance. Provides protection for lost profits and fixed expenses of the business, following a claim payable for insured assets under the Material Damage policy. This can include cover for gross profits or gross rental income, wages and/or salaries, additional increased costs of working, claims preparation costs and other financial loss incurred.
Commercial Motor Vehicles
Cover for vehicles used for commercial or business use. Insurance can be for Full Comprehensive cover, Third Party Fire & Theft cover, or Third Party Only cover.
